I have worked with BI & CPM tools for 25 years. Many consultancies say that they are ‘Agile’ but when asked, they have created there own methodologies by cherry picking elements of other methodologies and then calling it ‘Agile’. Why bother? DSDM Atern is a recognised, established and proven methodology.
